Countrywide Surveying Services Training Academy in the United Kingdom is recruiting for its AssocRICS Training Programme to nurture the next generation of Residential Surveyors. Candidates with 1 year of relevant experience + RICS-accredited bachelor’s degree, or 2 years of relevant experience +
Qualifications
- Must meet one of the following combinations: 1 year relevant experience + RICS-accredited bachelor’s degree, or 2 years relevant experience + RICS-accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification, or 4 years relevant experience (no qualification).
- SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Shadow mentors during property inspections, surveys, and valuations.
- Attend structured classroom and workshop sessions.
- Learn to interpret data, analyse property details, and produce accurate professional reports.
- Develop skills in industry‑leading surveying tools and software.
