Job summary

Countrywide Surveying Services Training Academy is recruiting for its AssocRICS Training Programme to kick-start a career as a Residential Surveyor. You’ll learn through hands-on mentoring and structured classroom sessions to gain practical skills, professional knowledge, and confidence to qualify as a Residential Surveyor.

The programme accepts 1 year or 2 years of relevant experience with corresponding RICS qualifications, or 4 years of relevant experience without a qualification.

Qualifications

1 year relevant experience with a RICS-accredited bachelor’s degree.
2 years relevant experience with a RICS-accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification.
4 years relevant experience (no qualification required), e.g. domestic energy assessment.
SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation welcomed.

Responsibilities

Shadow mentors during property inspections, surveys, and valuations.
Attend structured classroom and workshop sessions.
Learn how to interpret data, analyse property details, and produce reports.
Develop skills in industry-leading surveying tools and software.

Education

RICS-accredited bachelor’s degree

RICS-accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification
