Countrywide Surveying Services Training Academy is recruiting for its AssocRICS Training Programme, a structured mix of mentoring and virtual classroom learning to equip you as a qualified Residential Surveyor.

As a Trainee Surveyor you’ll shadow mentors during inspections, surveys and valuations, attend classroom and workshop sessions, learn to interpret data and produce reports, and develop skills in surveying tools and software, with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualificações

• 1 year of relevant surveying experience with a RICS‑accredited bachelor’s degree, or
• 2 years of relevant experience with a higher/advanced/foundation qualification, or
• 4 years of relevant experience (no qualification) such as energy assessment or property management.

Responsabilidades

• Shadow mentors during property inspections, surveys and valuations
• Attend structured classroom and workshop sessions
• Learn how to interpret data, analyse property details, and produce accurate professional reports
• Develop skills in industry‑leading surveying tools and software
