Countrywide Surveying Services Training Academy invites you to join its AssocRICS Training Programme as a Trainee Surveyor. You will learn directly from experienced professionals, shadowing inspectors and valuers while attending classroom sessions to build technical expertise.

The programme prepares you to qualify as a Residential Surveyor, with a clear path from trainee to professional through hands-on mentoring and practical reports, plus access to salary, benefits, and progression

Qualifications

• 1 year relevant experience + RICS‑accredited bachelor’s degree
• 2 years relevant experience + RICS‑accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification
• 4 years relevant experience (no qualification required) such as: Domestic energy assessment, Property management
• SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation welcomed

Responsibilities

• Shadow mentors during property inspections, surveys, and valuations
• Attend structured classroom and workshop sessions
• Learn how to interpret data, analyse property details, and produce accurate professional reports
• Develop skills in industry‑leading surveying tools and software
