Job summary
Countrywide Surveying Services Training Academy is recruiting for its AssocRICS Training Programme to train you as a Residential Surveyor through mentoring and online learning. Qualify via 1 year with a RICS-accredited bachelor’s, or 2 years with a higher/advanced qualification, or 4 years’ relevant experience in estate agency or related fields.
As a Trainee Surveyor you will shadow mentors, attend classroom sessions, learn data interpretation and reporting, and gain hands‑on experience with
Qualifications
- 1 year relevant experience with a RICS-accredited bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years relevant experience with a RICS-accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification.
- 4 years relevant experience (no qualification required) in estate agency, domestic energy assessment or property management.
Responsibilities
- Shadow mentors during property inspections, surveys, and valuations.
- Attend structured classroom and workshop sessions.
- Learn how to interpret data, analyse property details, and produce accurate professional reports.
- Develop skills in industry‑leading surveying tools and software.
