Job summary
Countrywide Surveying Services Training Academy is recruiting for its AssocRICS Training Programme to develop skilled Residential Surveyors. Trainees will learn from experienced professionals through inspections, surveys and valuations, while gaining practical skills and professional knowledge.
You will participate in classroom sessions, learn data interpretation, and develop reporting expertise using leading surveying tools and software.
Qualifications
- 1 year relevant experience + RICS-accredited bachelor’s degree
- 2 years relevant experience + RICS-accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification
- 4 years relevant experience (no qualification required) in estate agency, domestic energy assessment or property management
- SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation is welcomed
Responsibilities
- Shadow mentors during property inspections, surveys, and valuations
- Attend structured classroom and workshop sessions
- Learn to interpret data, analyse property details, and produce professional reports
- Develop skills in surveying tools and software
