Qualifikationen
- ONE of the following must apply: 1 year relevant experience plus RICS-accredited bachelor’s degree
- 2 years relevant experience plus RICS-accredited higher/advanced/foundation qualification
- 4 years relevant experience (no qualification required) with examples such as estate agency, domestic energy assessment, property management
Aufgaben
- Shadow mentors during property inspections, surveys and valuations
- Attend structured classroom and workshop sessions
- Learn how to interpret data, analyse property details and produce accurate professional reports
- Develop skills in industry-leading surveying tools and software
