The Job Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Business Development: Understanding who the top businesses are, bringing them on as clients, and building lasting relationships
• Consulting: Ensuring you keep up to date with market trends and conditions so you can advise people
• Candidate Sourcing: Networking, headhunting, cold calling, social media platforms and advertising
• Interview Management: Organising interviews between candidates and clients, preparing candidates for some of the harder interview questions and giving them detailed feedback
• Negotiation: Negotiating deal sizes with your clients, as well as suitable contracts for your candidates at the offer stage
