What You’ll be Doing : Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Building your network through business development and onboarding new clients by offering your expert knowledge on the market
• Sourcing the candidate that they are looking for via headhunting, cold calling and advertising
• Gaining a strong and lasting relationship with both clients and candidates by successfully placing the candidate. This is done by organizing all the interviews and giving them tips on how to succeed
