We're now looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Leeds office.

This is a fast‑paced 360 recruitment role where you'll build your own client base, generate new business, source exceptional candidates, and make placements.

• Writing engaging job adverts and using social media to attract talent
• Sourcing candidates via job boards and referrals
• Conducting interviews and managing the full recruitment cycle
• Building strong, long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates
