• 2-Day Induction: Welcome to HQ, kit, safety essentials, and team introductions
• Shadow an Expert: Learn on the road with an experienced engineer
• Phase 1 Training: 3 weeks of in-depth learning at our training centre
• On-the-Job Practice: Up to 6 months to perfect skills in the real world
• Phase 2 Training: Another 2 weeks of training to unlock a new skill
