Trainee Estimator

This is an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Estimator to join a well‑established construction group within a traditional building and masonry business, offering long‑term career development, structured progression, and strong internal support.

The role sits within the group’s traditional building arm, supporting the pre‑construction and estimating team. You will assist with measurements from drawings, pricing, supplier liaison, and tender support, gaining exposure to multiple live projects while building core estimating skills. Training is fully supported and can be tailored to an estimating or surveying route. The ideal candidate is organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable working independently, with strong Excel skills and a genuine interest in construction.

Responsibilities

• Support the pre‑construction and estimating function
