Responsibilities

• Register applicants on the software package.
• Maintain contact with applicants and offer suitable properties.
• Set up and accompany applicants on viewings.
• Network and develop new business opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and legal requirements.
• Provide information and advice to landlords and tenants.
• Conduct market appraisals as required.
• Complete the take-on process for successful appraisals.
• Liaise with clients throughout the marketing and letting process.
