Job summary

ams OSRAM is seeking a highly organised Trading Coordinator to support the UK Sales team. This role acts as a key link between Sales and internal stakeholders, providing operational, analytical and administrative support to enable effective customer trading and business growth.

You will prepare quotations, presentations and business reviews, analyse EPOS data, coordinate promotions, pricing and product set-up, manage data and commercial agreements, and support budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the UK Sales team, including preparing quotations, presentations and business reviews.
• Analyse EPOS data to identify trends and potential risks, supporting informed decision-making.
• Coordinate customer promotions, pricing, rebates and product set-up processes.
• Manage customer data, price files and commercial agreements.
• Support customer visits through analysis, preparation and follow-up actions.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and pricing strategies.
• Organise and coordinate sales conferences and key meetings.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.
• Lead and develop direct reports where applicable.
• Strong commercial awareness and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Team-oriented with strong influencing skills and a customer-first mindset.
