Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a proactive project support role within Retail Operations to help meet targets during a high workload period. The role includes data mapping, test package assignment, and updating classifications across a major retailer transition. Training will be provided for Excel data handling and customer enquiries handling.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working from UK locations and option to work from home. The contract ends 31 January 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in test assignment, account management, programme management or technical customer service within a laboratory testing, food retail or food manufacturing sector.
• Understanding of microbiological and/or chemical laboratory testing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Map new classification names and codes; amend quotes with test packages and classifications.
• Enter and update data in Excel workbooks; training will be provided.
• Assign testing requirements according to customer standards and risk-based approaches.
• Update testing programmes with new products in correct classifications.
• Monitor schedules, throughput, and turnaround times; investigate as needed.
• Collate information for KPIs and review meetings; prepare summaries.
