Job summary

Techex, a UK-based global leader in IP and cloud broadcast solutions, is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to support our worldwide sales and account management teams.

Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you will maintain CRM data integrity (HubSpot), produce regular reports, assist with forecasting and order management, and drive process improvements across the business.

Qualifications

• A proactive, motivated approach to role.
• Analytical mindset with data integrity focus.
• Experience with HubSpot preferred.
• Ability to work with global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data integrity and accurate forecasting.
• Produce regular sales and activity reports for management.
• Support order management and handover to delivery teams.
• Coordinate with Finance on revenue tracking and bookings.
• Run weekly forecast calls and KPI tracking.
