Job summary

TRS (Technical Recruitment Solutions) is seeking a Sales Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator in Eastleigh, UK. The role focuses on processing orders, invoicing, deliveries and providing a single point of contact for customers.

You will support the wider business with accurate order processing, keep customers informed of progress and contribute to efficient sales administration in a busy environment. Monday–Friday, full-time permanent position with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and track through to delivery.
• Keep customers updated on order progress and status.
• Book goods in and out of the system.
• Assist with invoices and payments as needed.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
• Support with straightforward quotations when required.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet orders and deadlines.
