A leading insurance provider in the UK is seeking a Trading Performance Manager to enhance trading performance for Home and Motor Insurance products. This hybrid role involves market analysis, strategic execution, and performance evaluation. Ideal candidates will have commercial awareness and strong analytical skills. We have a fantastic opportunity to join Allianz Personal, working within our Retail Team. As a Trading Performance Manager for Home and Motor Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in consistently improving the trading performance of the Allianz products on Price Comparison Websites (PCW) and our Direct channels. We are looking for highly motivated individuals, with a natural curiosity and eagerness to understand the market in which we operate, and to find customer focussed and data driven solutions to performance opportunities through business insight, allowing us to make astute commercial trading decisions to drive the business forward. This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be on site between 2 and 16 days a month.
Location: London, Leeds or Bournemouth
Salary Information
Pay: Circa £60,000 per year. Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
