Qualifications

• Solid background in Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Experience supporting applications and infrastructure in AWS environments.
• Experience with REST APIs, API gateways, microservices or distributed systems.
• Experience using Grafana and Splunk or similar monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL and change management processes.
• Experience in a financial services setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Enterprise platforms to internal and external clients.
• Offer second- and third-line support to business users.
• Perform incident management per ITIL standards.
• Support applications and infrastructure hosted in AWS.
• Assist with CI/CD releases and deployments following governance processes.
• Liaise between technology departments to communicate system changes.
• Document processes and maintain high-quality documentation.
