We have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Parts Advisor working within an Automotive car dealership in the Cheltenham area.

Our client is seeking a skilled Trade Parts Advisor to join their friendly team of Vehicle Parts Professionals.

Requirements

• Have previous working experience with vehicle parts, ideally working within a similar franchise-approved automotive dealership
• A strong Communicator who is used to dealing with both Trade Customers
• An ability to provide an excellent level of customer service
• IT literate, given that you will work daily with an electronic parts catalogue system

Responsibilities

As a Parts Advisor for our client, you will be vital to the business's success, supplying both Trade and Retail Customers with parts. You will be required to serve on both the Front and Back counters serving both Retail customers and the workshop.

Hours of Work

Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm with 1 in 4Sat 8:30am-1:00pm.
