A leading water services company is seeking a Trade Effluent Technical Advisor in Rickmansworth. The ideal candidate will manage trade effluent applications, perform customer service duties, and handle case assessments. Key skills include teamwork, attention to detail, and familiarity with Salesforce and SAP systems. The role offers a competitive salary between £28,000 and £32,000, along with benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Trade Effluent (TE) is the discharge of non-domestic wastewater from trade premises.
It is essential to control TE to protect the public, our people, our assets and the environment.
You will process applications, raise charges and consent fees using the Wholesale billing system and will provide front-line customer service in the form of telephone calls, contacts and letters as well.
Crossness Sewage Treatment Works, SE2 9AQ. (Please note the expectation is to be on site 5 days a week.)
Monday to Friday, 36 hours a week. (9 am to 5 pm)
