Qualifications

• Plumbing Industry experience is preferential.
• Experience in a busy trade counter environment.
• Proven experience in face-to-face sales and customer service.

• Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers on the trade counter by understanding their needs and providing product advice.
• Proactively engaging with new and existing customers to maximise sales opportunities.
• Handling customer phone calls and emails with a positive, proactive approach.
• Carrying out general warehouse duties including picking/packing orders and stock handling.
