B&Q Limited is hiring for a Trade Business Development Manager at our North Shields store. You will own and grow a defined book of TradePoint members, driving sales, margin and repeat project spend through proactive networking, pipeline management and trusted customer relationships.

You will balance pricing decisions with margin delivery, using store and market insights to prioritise high-value opportunities and partners cross-functionally to unlock growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving sales growth within Trade.
• Understanding of trade customers and project-based selling.
• Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined book of trade members with accountability for sales and margin.
• Proactively generate leads through local networking and market insight.
• Build and manage a structured pipeline from lead to outcome.
• Drive repeat project spend and long-term customer relationships.
• Make pricing and discounting decisions balancing conversion with margin delivery.
