Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our Toyota Dealership in Coventry. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, with Saturdays on a rota basis.

Offering an excellent basic salary and benefits, with an OTE of £32,000.

You will be responsible for supplying Toyota parts to the public, trade customers, and our workshops. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service for one of the world's leading car brands.

Role and Responsibilities

• Order Preparation: Pre-picking parts for workshop job cards, customer orders, and checking stock availability from inquiries.
• Sales and Customer Service: Handling inbound and outbound calls, walk-in customers, and online inquiries to build customer relationships through product knowledge and creating a positive first impression.
• Stock Control: Ensuring consumables and service parts are replenished to provide prompt service to workshops, departments, and customers.
• Warranty Claims: Processing warranty claims related to parts issues and completing all related administration accurately and promptly, including customer records and invoicing.

About You

• Experience in motor factors or similar roles within franchise or specialist parts companies is preferred.
• Confidence, resilience, drive, energy, and talent.
• A well-presented individual with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.
