Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our Toyota Dealership in Coventry. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, with Saturdays on a rota basis.

Excellent basic salary and benefits with an OTE of £32,000.

You will be responsible for supplying Toyota parts to the general public, trade customers, and our workshops. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with experience and a passion for customer service, representing one of the world’s leading car brands.

Role and Responsibilities

• Order Preparation: Pre-picking parts for workshop job cards, customer orders, and checking stock availability from various enquiries.
• Sales and Customer Service: Handling inbound and outbound calls, walk-in customers, and internet enquiries, building customer relationships through product knowledge and first impressions.
• Stock Control: Replenishing consumables and service parts to ensure swift service for our workshop, departments, and customers.
• Warranty Claims: Processing warranty claims related to parts issues and completing all administrative tasks accurately, including customer records and invoicing.

About You

• Motor Factor experience in a similar role with another franchise or parts specialist is preferred.
• Confidence, resilience, drive, energy, and talent.
• A well-presented individual with the character and attitude to succeed.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.
