Job Details

Department: Activate Accident Repair
Reports to: Bodyshop Manager
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Location: AAR Nottingham

Role Overview

We are seeking a Vehicle Parts Manager to join our state-of-the-art Activate Accident Repair Nottingham Bodyshop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily parts coordination for internal and stock deliveries.
  • Update parts ordering system.
  • Verify all delivered parts against the order list for accuracy, correct parts, quantity, damage, and quality.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation is properly completed and submitted on time.
  • Conduct monthly stock checks and reconcile with usage and invoices.
  • Monitor and control departmental resources.
  • Work within internal procedures to meet targets set by your line manager.
  • Communicate potential delays in parts delivery to Workshop Controller and reception.
  • Input delivery information into the management system and pass paperwork to the accounts department.
Skills and Experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (telephone, email, face-to-face).
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Proactive work ethic, able to manage workload independently.
  • Good time management and prioritization skills.

  • Full driving license with appropriate classification.
