Salary: Basic £30,000 plus Bonus

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm, Saturday paid as Overtime

Theo Jones Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our client in Oxford.

Requirements: Experience in a Motor-trade Parts Advisor position within the automotive industry is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting customers in the Parts department
• Ordering, booking out parts, invoicing, and taking payments
• Handling general Aftersales enquiries and collaborating with the Service department
• Providing estimates when required
• Achieving sales through prospecting, acquiring, and maintaining accounts
• Handling customer enquiries via phone and face-to-face
• Checking in parts deliveries
• Assisting with parts stock checks
• Liaising with the workshop, service advisors, and customers
• Contacting customers about special promotions

Ideal Candidate:

• Works collaboratively to support increased profit and sales
• Committed to excellent customer relations and exceeding customer expectations
• Friendly, professional, with integrity, discretion, and objectivity
• Demonstrates experience in a parts department
• Possesses good technical understanding of motor vehicles and keeps technical knowledge updated
• Has a good telephone manner
• Knowledge of Kerridge is essential
• Holds a full, valid, and clean UK driving licence
