Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a front-line HR partner focusing on Total Rewards programs and administration.
• Collaborate with managers to interpret and administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Support leave coordination, employee wellness initiatives, and communication strategies for Total Rewards.
• Assist with data analysis, program evaluation, and compliance across HR functions.
• Contribute to performance management, onboarding, and workforce planning.
