Job summary

Page Executive is seeking a Senior Vice President, Total Rewards to lead executive compensation strategy, governance, and benefits in a fast-moving, tech-forward FS organization. Based in the Philadelphia metropolitan area, the role requires close collaboration with the Chief People Officer and senior leadership.

You will drive CD&A disclosures, design and administer incentive programs, and oversee rewards strategy across the enterprise while leveraging AI and analytics to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive compensation and Total Rewards leadership experience.
• Significant executive compensation expertise within a publicly traded company environment.
• Banking or broader financial services experience is required.
• Direct authorship of CD&A disclosures is non-negotiable.
• Experience supporting Compensation Committees and advising executive leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive compensation strategy, governance activities with Board and Compensation Committee.
• Author CD&A disclosures, proxy content, and executive compensation reporting.
• Design, administer, and oversee executive incentive plans (STI/LTI).
• Lead annual compensation planning and enterprise-wide rewards strategy.
• Oversee benefits strategy, vendor relationships, and program governance.
• Utilize analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance modeling and reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team alongside senior leaders.
