Job summary

Old Dominion Group is seeking an experienced HR Benefits Manager to design, administer, and ensure compliance for employee benefits and leave programs across a multi-entity workforce. You will oversee renewals, enrollment, COBRA, and reporting while coordinating with brokers, carriers, and payroll.

Initially hands-on, the role is designed to grow into leadership of a Benefits & Leave team. You will partner with the HR Director to align programs with business goals, support managers, and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in benefits and leave administration.
• Knowledge of applicable benefits, leave, and accommodation laws.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Administer health, HSA, dental, vision, life, and leave benefits across entities.
• Lead renewals, open enrollment, and review plans with brokers and HR Director.
• Manage enrollments, life events, COBRA, payroll deductions, billing, and inquiries.
• Oversee broker, carrier, and vendor relationships, review premiums and costs.
• Administer FMLA, ADA/PWFA accommodations, and coordination with Safety.
