Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Benefits liaison to all departments with expertise in benefits administration and wellness.
• Provide guidance on health, retirement, and leave programs for employees and managers.
• Ensure accurate benefits processing and support wellness initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
• Assist with transactional HR functions (Banner data entry, onboarding, HR operations support).
