Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ in leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with multi-country APAC payroll.
• Proven success in designing performance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain global compensation frameworks.
• Manage global performance management framework.
• Oversee monthly payroll across APAC entities.
• Ensure compliance with local employment and tax regulations.

Skills

Financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)

Stakeholder management skills

Expertise in APAC payroll and expatriate management

Knowledge of trading and investment compensation models

Understanding of APAC employment, tax, and immigration regulations

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Finance, Economics or related
