Job summary

EDF Trading Limited in London is seeking a highly analytical Workday and HR Systems expert to join the Reward team. Reporting to the HR Systems & Data Lead you will play a key role in developing our systems and help to define our processes and best practice.

You will work very closely with wider global HR teams and you will have ownership of key projects globally. Hours include 8.30am–5.30pm, with a flexible office/remote policy; role requires a minimum of three days per week in our London

Qualifications

• Experience administering Workday in a medium to large organization.
• Experience with GDPR and data governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Workday configuration, security roles and governance standards to meet business requirements.
• Analyse HR requirements and translate them into effective Workday processes and workflows.
• Support data quality reviews and GDPR compliance across HR systems.
• Produce and maintain Workday reports, dashboards and analytics for HR and senior leadership.
• Support compensation, payroll data feeds and benefits integrations within Workday.
• Lead testing activities for upgrades, enhancements and projects, including UAT coordination.
