Job summary

EDF Trading, part of the EDF Group, is seeking a Total Reward professional to develop, implement and evolve our global Total Reward strategy. You will collaborate with Reward, Systems and Data teams to design, deliver and admin reward programmes, benchmarking and benefits initiatives.

You will leverage data, systems and analytics to inform decisions, drive process improvements and support HR projects globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in reward, compensation, and people analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with experience turning data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Proven experience producing accurate, high-quality management information and reporting.
• Experience working with HR systems and data, including Workday.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance to HR colleagues, managers and business stakeholders on reward policies, processes and market practice.
• Model salary ranges, review budgets, bonus outcomes and scenarios; assess affordability and impact.
• Conduct market benchmarking and analyse external reward data to support informed decisions.
• Maintain global job catalogue, salary ranges and employee profiles; support workforce planning and budgeting.
