Jewsona Minehead is recruiting a Tool Hire Manager to lead day-to-day tool hire operations, supervise the team, and ensure safe, efficient service for customers.

You will build strong relationships through regular customer contact, drive growth by cross-selling, manage orders and inventory, and mentor staff to deliver a high-quality customer experience. Qualifications

• Experience in tool hire preferred.
• Supervision of a tool hire team in a branch.
• Sales focus with cross-selling and upselling to customers.
• Strong customer-service orientation and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Deliver day-to-day tool hire activities and allocate resources for safe operations.
• Lead by example and interact with customers to maximise growth through cross-selling.
• Provide guidance to team members and support their development and customer experience.
• Deliver and collect orders promptly, ensuring safe handling and load/offload.
• Help colleagues build knowledge of tool hire products.
• Maintain tool hire standards and manage inventory to meet customer needs.
