Jewson High Wycombe is seeking a Tool Hire Manager to lead day-to-day tool hire operations, deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with trade customers at our Cressex Business Park branch.

You will supervise the tool hire team, drive growth through cross-selling, ensure safety and stock levels, and support the Branch Manager in achieving targets. The role offers a competitive salary, staff discount and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience in tool hire preferred.
• Supervise the branch tool hire team in support of the Branch Manager.
• Contribute to tool hire growth and profitability via cross-selling/upselling.
• Maintain tool hire standards and inventory levels.

Responsabilités

• Deliver day-to-day tool hire activities, deploying resources for safe, efficient operations.
• Lead by example and build strong relationships with customers through regular interaction.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members to deliver quality customer experience.
• Ensure timely delivery and collection of orders with equipment loaded/unloaded safely.
• Support branch colleagues in building knowledge of tool hire products.
• Maintain tool hire standards across the branch.
• Collaborate across the local network to ensure inventory availability.
