Qualifications

• Experience in tool hire is preferred but not essential.
• Supervision of the branch tool hire team in support of Branch Manager.
• Sales through cross-selling and upselling to customers.
• Positive attitude, integrity and team spirit are important.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day tool hire activities, deploying resources for safe, efficient operations.
• Lead and develop the tool hire team with regular customer interaction to maximise growth.
• Guide and coach team members to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
• Deliver and collect customer orders promptly ensuring equipment is secured and loaded/unloaded safely.
• Support branch colleagues in building knowledge and competence in tool hire products.
• Ensure tool hire standards are consistently maintained.
