Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop segments of the university timetable and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Monitor timetabling data quality and learn interrogation methods.
• Deliver training on system tools and business processes.
• Log, investigate, and address support calls via Teams, email, and in person.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff and provide solutions.
