Job summary

CitySprint is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Letchworth to help keep deliveries moving. You will coordinate couriers, support the control team, and ensure collections and deliveries meet customer SLAs on a 40-hour week with shifts 10am-7pm.

This permanent role sits at the heart of our Service Centre. You’ll stay organised, communicate clearly, and use CityTrak/X-Despatch to keep systems accurate while responding to day-to-day queries.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy operational or customer service environment.
• Confident communicator who can juggle multiple tasks.
• Organised, accurate and comfortable using systems.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate designated couriers to meet customer SLAs.
• Support drivers and resolve day-to-day queries.
• Work closely with colleagues across operations and control.
• Keep systems updated accurately (e.g. CityTrak / X-Despatch).
• Adapt plans and priorities as the day changes.
