CitySprint is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Letchworth to keep our out-of-hours operations moving. You’ll coordinate couriers, support the control team, and ensure collections and deliveries meet customer SLAs.

This part-time role is based in Letchworth, with 24 hours per week, weekend shifts, and a DBS check as part of recruitment. CitySprint is part of a larger delivery network, offering health benefits and generous leave.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy operational or customer service environment.
• Confident communicator who can juggle multiple tasks.
• Organised, accurate and comfortable using systems.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• All successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating designated couriers to meet customer SLAs.
• Supporting drivers and resolving day-to-day queries.
• Working closely with colleagues across operations and control.
• Keeping systems updated accurately (e.g. CityTrak / X‑Despatch).
• Adapting plans and priorities as the day changes.
