CitySprint in Southampton is seeking an Operations Coordinator to keep day-to-day activity moving, coordinating couriers and supporting the control team to meet customer SLAs.

You’ll help with collections and deliveries, adapt plans as the day changes, and work closely with colleagues across operations. The role requires good communication, organisation, and familiarity with standard office software.

Qualificações

• Experience in a busy operational or customer service environment.
• Confident communicator capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Organised and accurate with systems usage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate designated couriers to meet customer SLAs.
• Support drivers and resolve day-to-day queries.
• Collaborate with operations and control colleagues.
• Keep CityTrak/X-Despatch and other systems updated.
