Job summary

CitySprint UK Ltd in Letchworth is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily courier movements and ensure customer SLAs are met. You will coordinate designated couriers, assist the control team and keep collections and deliveries moving smoothly.

In this busy role you’ll communicate clearly, stay organised, and use our systems (CityTrak / X‑Despatch) to update progress and resolve day‑to‑day queries. A positive, proactive approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy operational or customer service environment.
• Confident communicator who can juggle multiple tasks.
• Organised, accurate and comfortable using systems.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience in logistics or courier operations is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating designated couriers to meet customer SLAs.
• Supporting drivers and resolving day‑to‑day queries.
• Working closely with colleagues across operations and control.
• Keeping systems updated accurately (e.g. CityTrak / X‑Despatch).
• Adapting plans and priorities as the day changes.
