CitySprint UK Ltd in Southampton is seeking an Operations Coordinator to help keep our service centre running smoothly. You will coordinate couriers, support the control team, and ensure collections and deliveries meet customer SLAs.

Working 40 hours per week on a permanent basis, you’ll stay organised, communicate clearly, and use systems like CityTrak and X-Despatch to keep data accurate and plans flexible as priorities change.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy operational or customer service environment.
• Confident communicator who can juggle multiple tasks.
• Organised, accurate and comfortable using systems.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating designated couriers to meet customer SLAs.
• Supporting drivers and resolving day‑to‑day queries.
• Working closely with colleagues across operations and control.
• Keeping systems updated accurately (e.g. CityTrak / X‑Despatch).
• Adapting plans and priorities as the day changes.
