Job summary

CitySprint is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Out of Hours team in Letchworth. You’ll help keep daily operations moving by coordinating couriers, supporting the control team and ensuring collections and deliveries meet customer SLAs.

You’ll work in a fast-paced logistics environment, stay organised, communicate clearly, and adapt plans as priorities change. DBS check required; permanent contract with 24 hours per week weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy operational or customer service environment.
• Confident communicator who can juggle multiple tasks
• Organised, accurate and comfortable using systems
• Basic Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinating designated couriers to meet customer SLAs
• Supporting drivers and resolving day‑to‑day queries
• Working closely with colleagues across operations and control
• Keeping systems updated accurately (e.g. CityTrak / X‑Despatch)
• Adapting plans and priorities as the day changes
