Job summary

CitySprint is a UK-wide logistics business delivering same-day and time-critical services. The Operations Coordinator role sits at the heart of our Service Centre in Manchester, coordinating couriers, supporting the control team and ensuring collections and deliveries meet customer SLAs.

You will work in a busy environment, stay organised, communicate clearly, and use CityTrak and X-Despatch systems. DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy operational or customer service environment.
• Confident communicator who can juggle multiple tasks.
• Organised, accurate and comfortable using systems.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating designated couriers to meet customer SLAs.
• Supporting drivers and resolving day-to-day queries.
• Working closely with colleagues across operations and control.
• Keeping systems updated accurately (e.g. CityTrak / X-Despatch).
• Adapting plans and priorities as the day changes.
