Job summary

CF Systems Ltd in the South West is seeking a Tier 3 Engineer who can lead complex projects while staying hands-on. You will work directly with the directors on strategic initiatives, act as the senior technical voice for customers, and shape how the team grows.

This office-based role involves mentoring T1/T2 engineers, handling escalations, documenting systems, and presenting new technologies to the team. You’ll influence our tech stack and delivery across varied environments.

• Experience leading complex IT projects from planning to delivery.
• Proven ability to be the senior technical voice for customers.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers (T1/T2).
