ISR Recruitment Limited is seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer / Technical Manager in Redruth, Cornwall, with a mix of onsite and hybrid working. The role combines advanced technical leadership with hands-on delivery, guiding projects and acting as the primary escalation point for complex issues.

You will mentor T1/T2 engineers, shape procedures and systems, and partner with directors on strategic projects to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to own complex projects from planning through delivery.
• Senior technical voice for customers, providing guidance on roadmaps and decisions.
• Mentor T1/T2 engineers and grow the technical team.
