Qualifications

• Own complex projects from planning to delivery.
• Mentor T1/T2 engineers to grow skills.
• Act as senior technical voice for customers and drive major decisions.
• Lead architectural and procedural changes within the team.
• Present new systems and technologies to the team and justify adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own complex projects from planning to delivery across varied client environments.
• Mentor and develop T1/T2 engineers to raise overall capability.
• Act as technical escalation point and lead reviews with customers.
• Define procedures and systems the team operates by; contribute to tech stack decisions.
• Document systems and procedures to scale knowledge beyond individuals.
• Deliver hands-on technical work when required and visit customer sites as needed.
