Job summary

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent is required.
• Experience with complex SEND, including Autism and PMLD.
• Knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies and sensory-based learning.
• Two education or school-based references.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs and learning profiles.
• Support pupils in developing communication, independence, and emotional regulation.
