Job summary

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification is required.
• Experience working with SEMH/ASC in a school or specialist setting.
• Trauma-informed, pupil-centred approach to teaching.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that support academic, social, and emotional progress.
• Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and families to meet EHCP outcomes.
• Promote a calm, safe learning environment where behaviour is managed positively.
• Track and report on student progress, adapting strategies where necessary.
